Patience is controlling your emotions and tolerating others. It is derived from the Latin word patientia, which means patience. The Oxford English Dictionary definition of this word is "The quality of being slow to anger or difficult to anger." For example, when someone does not immediately give in, it can signal contempt for another person's feelings, or a character flaw. This fact can help others see that you are making an effort to improve your social relationships.

These characteristics are rare in an urban environment; only those in whom a regular job is a hard-to-achieve goal and who are happy in the steady pace of daily life are likely to exhibit them. Nature is the preferred function of the need for patience when faced with exertion that is very different from that of those who can ignore things without effort. But far more important is the relationship of relaxation to patience. A person who is able to calm down and perhaps wait for the right moment to act can be very efficient in life.

Developing positive human relations requires a combination of cultivating positive emotions and developing appropriate interpersonal skills to understand people, connect with them, and learn to trust them. Each of these abilities contributes to establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with others.

If we fail to pay attention to our goals and anxieties, when they arise, they may remain part of our everyday experience, no matter how severe they may be. . Regret and pessimism are crucial to growth, development, and the restoration of a healthy sense of meaning. This is the opposite of a-mindfulness. Regret and pessimism occur when our internal distress about a problem is colored by the reality that our problems are hard to resolve.

Once you get past your impatience, you can get to what is actually important. When you begin to meditate, and you begin to see what is important to you, then you can begin to build a habit of ignoring the thoughts and making them go away. Start with the breath, and start to use your breath as a calm and happy medium for your thoughts.

Not only will that awareness help you when you do need to put yourself down, it also means you'll be much more aware when you need to relax and let go of things that are holding you back. Be yourself and enjoy your day. It will be over soon, and then it will be on to the next one. If you were to watch yourself do something, then focus on what makes you feel comfortable about doing that.

No matter what's going on, this is a great time to really be aware. Notice how you're feeling, feel where you're at, and just as importantly, observe what you're doing. If you get frustrated, try to keep in mind what your goal is and what your main priorities are. You have to trust that this will help you stay on track and stay patient. Remember, we go through life having these things fall into our laps or happen to us.
